As a System Analyst at IT By Design, I perform end-to-end system analysis, requirements gathering, and gap assessments to design and implement scalable IT solutions. My role involves configuring and optimizing servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure, developing automation scripts for deployments and patch management, and conducting root-cause analysis to resolve critical incidents. I collaborate with engineering, NOC, and SOC teams to enforce security controls, ensure compliance, and execute system hardening. Additionally, I document technical architecture, workflows, and SOPs, while providing data-driven recommendations for infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, and performance tuning to maximize system availability and efficiency.
