My MSc thesis \' What are the barriers to succession planning in Community Land Trusts \' is available as an e-book. The first half of my career was spent in broadcasting (radio/tv reporting and producing), with further experience as a communications consultant in private and public sectors. I worked with the BBC, Channel 4 News and STV. Specialities: Community engagement and project delivery. Leading and facilitating partnership working. Research and policy development. Chairing and presenting at conferences.#Communityempowerment #Sustainabledevelopment #Economicdevelopment #Broadcaster #Academic Skill set also includes: mentoring middle management executives; crisis management, emergency planning and communication; communicating change management; communication skills training for promotion; writing for radio/tv production.
