Provided System upgrades and replacements for Crude Oil, Brine, Raw and Fire Water. Responsibilities included design replacement of Crude Oil, Raw and Fire Water pumps. Replaced valve actuators on existing meter runs, Crude Oil Storage Tanks and associated piping and instruments. Replaced all Fire Protection Monitors and Hydrants along with PIV and Isolation valves. Created Demolition Construction package. SP3D was used to create 3D model, plans, sections and isometrics. SmartPlant Review was used to conduct model reviews. Located and verified 200 Tie-ins to existing facilities using Laser scan. Field measurements was performed

I am a experienced Sr. piping designer, checker and lead. I have worked in the Natural Gas, Refinery, Petro-chemical, Paper and Pulp Industries.As a principal designer, I have completed 3D modeling layout of Heaters, Reactors, Cooling Tower areas, Cogenerations and Compressor Stations that were created from P & ID\'s and material specifications. The following were extracted from the 3D models- Plot plans- Equipment Arrangements- Piping Key Plan- Piping Plans- Piping Sections & Details- Isometrics- MTO\'sI have been the designer and lead on many challenging and diversified projects. As a result, I have gained a vast amount of experiencing in having an approach to beginning, navigating and completing projects on schedule and under budget.
