Ron W. MastersCurrently retired. Ron Masters was previously with AssuredPartners working with large commercial accounts and associated risk management concepts. Ron was President/CEO of MaximGroup which was founded in 1931with targeted investments in risk management consulting, risk management services, claims and loss control services, specialty insurance brokering, and product distribution. Ron is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a licensed Risk Manger.He has 39 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry, with extensive background in risk management and insurance brokerage for large commercial clients. Focusing on planning of true risk management and the financing of risk through various cash flow programs, high deductible programs and captive placement. He is also involved in operational management, sales leadership and new business development.Operationally, Ron has had responsibility for the property/casualty and employee benefits companies and has overseen operations in all business segments including National Accounts, Middle Market, Programs, Construction & Environmental, Health Care, Personal Lines, Marine and Aviation.In addition he was Executive Producer of Sage Alexander a series of books written by Steven Copling and movie series which is evolving into The Transcendents TV series. He is also involved in other outside interests including the firm EnergyFunders
