Review Bid Plans to identify materials needed to complete the project per contract.Review all Addendums to ensure that the latest Plans and Specs are use for starting the Submittals process.Cross reference the plans and specs to identify the correct materials.Research the latest material product data.Compile product data per specs sections to use in preparing submittals packages.Mark up each product data as needed.Collaborate with purchasing department to determine material availability, lead time and other factors that may affect the materials.Collaborate with Project Manager to determine issues that may require an RFI.Request product data from suppliers.Make corrections requested by Reviewers (Architect/Engineer).Create submittals for Change Order. Assist in compiling documents for Change Order Projects.
