Vome est une plateforme de gestion des bénévoles et une application mobile tout en un qui est la meilleure de sa catégorie.Nous changeons le récit de la vieille école de la gestion des bénévoles, parce que les gestionnaires de bénévoles méritent une technologie de pointe pour mobiliser efficacement les gens à avoir un impact dans leurs communautés. En tant que VP des partenariats, je me concentre principalement sur l\'expansion de mon réseau dans l\'espace à but non lucratif et de gestion des bénévoles et sur l\'établissement de relations solides avec nos partenaires actuels et futurs.En outre, je travaille en étroite collaboration avec mon cofondateur pour développer des initiatives stratégiques à court et à long terme qui continuent d\'élargir notre offre de produits et de guider Vome pour qu\'il ait un impact encore plus important dans le domaine et au sein de nos communautés.

Vome was founded my senior year of university - my co-founder Sammy and I had to put together a business plan to improve the volunteering ecosystem for high schools and their students. Little did we know that withinin a year we’d have a contract to work with one of the largest school districts in Canada.The problem we needed to solve: volunteer hour tracking. A time consuming and manual task not just for us as high school students (it was a requirement to graduate) and for the organizations that the millions of us high school students were serving.Fast forward to now: with over 8 years of experience advising and working with nonprofits, schools, healthcare companies, and event production organizations, I’m passionate about helping volunteer managers streamline their workflows and making it easier to engage volunteers. Vome has now grown into an all-in-one volunteer management system platform & mobile app. We help organizations- Save time on administrative tasks- Reduce redundant back-and-forth communication- Boost volunteer engagement and retention by making interactions with the org via the platform very easy to access and intuitive- Centralize volunteer management in one place so that data is aggregated and it’s easy to get reports without any manual data entry or tabulation (like storing application forms, seeing who is progressing in their onboarding journey, reporting on scheduling, calculating volunteer hours, etc.).My focus is on our customers. I spend my days building partnerships and serving our customers. I feel very fortunate to work in a space where the work that I do can make a tangible positive social impact, mobilizing people to do good in their communities and/or support the causes they care about.In an otherwise dry and slow sector that hasn’t had much significant change in decades, I am an innovator. I am working to help drive the volunteer & nonprofit sector forward.
