About Ron Salvo
Ron has worked for SWCA since 2009 and his current role is Project Controls Regional Manager. He is currently responsible for the Project Controls of several Major projects in Wyoming, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Texas; he manages the process of contracting, monthly invoices, budget vs. actual financial analysis, burn rate analysis, monthly accruals, and monthly progress reports. Prior to his current role, Ron worked as both a Project Manager and a Project Controller. He has managed archaeological survey and monitoring projects across Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. He has also managed the Environmental Services for several transportation and land development projects in Texas. Ron started his career at SWCA in our accounting department where he was responsible for managing the Billing team and providing Profit & Loss (P&L) financial analysis to upper management. He has instituted process improvements to increase efficiencies, communication, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC). He also created several Financial Metrics Reports making it easier for our management team to review our monthly financials.
