I am passionate about helping diverse companies and non-profit organizations connect with key corporate and business decision makers to grow their companies. As an entrepreneur and business executive with more than 35 years of experience, I know firsthand the importance of identifying and vetting the best performing firms for corporate sourcing requirements and how to secure diverse supplier procurement opportunities.In 2018, I launched my latest business venture, Ross Business Development (RBD), a business management and consulting firm that provides customized growth solutions for select diverse companies across an array of industries. Prior to launching RBD, I was the Supplier Diversity Manager and directed the sales, product development, negotiation and management for $500M in global accounts at Benteler Automotive. As the president of the National Pole Recycling, a $2M joint venture with DTE Energy, I developed a solid waste program for recycling, manufacturing and marketing products from retired utility poles.Diversity advocacy led me to Co-chair of MMSDC Automotive Industry Group.
