I have also been an expert retained in various legal cases, a class action lawsuit against an automotive manufacturer (defendant), and patent infringement issues. My most notable consulting work was I was hired by the U.S. Chemical Safety Board as one of the experts around the country to review the technical information of the Deep Water Horizon incident.
