Previous to this I held serval Director and Managerial positions in a variety of capacities supporting, new product development, operations, sales, project management, client services and account management. Responsibilities included; Sales and sales support, vendor analysis, business case development, strategy planning, client education and servicing, new business acquisition, RFP responses, costing and pricing analysis, chip card issuance, operational engineering, lean manufacturing and equipment acquisition plans. Previously, I also served in a variety of service and operations roles with a major mortgage lending institution.
