About Ron Percival
With more than four decades of experience in the energy sector, I am a global leader in health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) policy and implementation. As the HSSE Senior Director at USD Group LLC, I oversee the HSSE performance and compliance of the company\'s expanding network of midstream and other terminal facilities and infrastructures worldwide. I hold multiple certifications from the National Association of Safety Professionals, including Certified Safety Director, Certified Safety Manager, Certified Safety Auditor, Certified Safety Trainer and Certified Environmental Specialist. My mission is to ensure the highest standards of HSSE for USD Group and its stakeholders, by developing and implementing regulatory training programs, audit programs, security plans, and industry best practice standards. I have also contributed to the design, financing, construction, operation, and ownership of various energy projects and initiatives, working with numerous Fire Protection Agencies to design the appropriate fire protection system for the facilities. I am passionate about providing sustainable and innovative solutions for the energy sector and its challenges.
