Clinical research professional with over 20 years\' experience in a variety of roles across pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and Contract Research Organizations (CRO).I am proven leader of teams with the ability to manage the career goals of team members, ability to get support for key initiatives, and to drive success across cross-functional teams.I have a keen eye for process improvement as evidenced by the numerous Standard Operating Procedures I have authored from scratch or improved post release. These procedures span a variety of topics across numerous functional areas.My recent experience with my current employer includes vendor onboarding and management (CROs), study and site budget development and management, clinical site monitoring, and line management.In addition to the above experience, I\'ve also been involved with study management, pharmacovigilance, protocol development, Clinical Study Report authorship, database design/build, core lab management, department management, and system implementation.In my current role I have been able to implement a new vendor onboarding and management procedure that harmonized how external vendors are identified, vetted, assessed for performance, and offboarded. I\'ve been responsible for managing a CRO with yearly spend of $3.5M or greater and never exceeded spend of greater than 5% of budget in any year and below budget for multiple years. Further, I introduced new processes for change management that spanned from study document changes to broader system and process changes.
