Recruited by XPO to restructure Dedicated part of Finance team. By the end of 2021 my team will be responsible for over 250m turnover. I have a team of 14 Finance Managers providing a service to our business partners and customers.My role includes:• Inheriting team needing motivation / realignment to rebuild team spirit.• Working closely with Operations Director to ensure all his operational reports get excellent service from Finance partners.• Instituting monthly one to ones with team and measuring performance against agreed objectives.• Working with FD to support other areas in Finance team. He joined team in April 2019.• Reviewing detailed Balance sheet analysis monthly with my team.• Setting up processes to support rapidly growing side of the business.
