   Develop and implement productivity enhancing Lean+ initiatives for the F-15 and F/A-18 programs.• Previously Configuration and Data Management Lead for the Phantom Ray UAV program (X-45C), a state-of-the-art internally funded Rapid Prototyping effort within Phantom Works.• Responsible for the trade study that drove the selection of the NASA Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (SCA) to transport the Phantom Ray to its Edwards AFB test site in California, the first non-Shuttle use of the SCA.• Started at Boeing in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) division’s Engineering and Business Development organizations in Washington D.C. where he was until events following 9/11 led him to St. Louis and the Army\'s Future Combat Systems (FCS) program.
