About Ron Hess
Retired Colorado Springs Police Department Special Victim Crimes Detective. My career with the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) was very fulfilling, providing for me many life experiences. While employed at the CSPD, I was able to take part in US Presidential Security, conducting evacuations during the Waldo Canyon and Black Forest Fires, training newly hired police officers and working next to some of the finest men and women in law enforcement. My team and I perform comprehensive public safety background investigations on Police and Fire Applicants, ensuring agencies are hiring the most qualified applicants. Presenter at the 2020 IACP Conference.
