As a Lead Interaction Designer, I work with cross-functional teams to create user-centric solutions for health care products and services. I leverage my UX expertise and user research skills to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of the customers and stakeholders, and to design intuitive, accessible, and engaging interfaces and interactions. I also have over four years of experience as a Freelance UX Designer, working with clients in various domains, such as startups, public sector, and education. I help them establish teams, implement processes, and coach them in best UX practices.
