With two decades of railroad industry experience, I have advanced from laborer to senior management, building a complete operational understanding of railway systems. I have led track maintenance programs at three railroad companies, managing everything from daily service demands to major infrastructure projects across heavy-haul and low-tonnage networks. My experience includes hands-on knowledge of the rail, tie, and track systems common throughout the Great Plains and Midwest.I am committed to continuous improvement and sustainability, having completed a B.S. in Environmental Geospatial Technologies, and will begin an M.S. in Carbon Ecology and Management in January 2026 to further support climate-focused infrastructure and resource management initiatives.
