Proactively communicates-Selects, develops, and supervises staff-Develops and evaluates individual and group performance goals-Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers-Demonstrates a solution-oriented approach-Serves as primary spokesperson for the department-Performs other duties as assigned.
