Ron has more than 15 years of experience leading public affairs and strategic communications in Washington, from Capitol Hill to senior roles at FleishmanHillard and FGS Global where he advised Fortune 100 companies and shaped complex policy and reputation campaigns.Working with clients such as JetBlue, Chase, CVS Health, Panasonic, Philips and the UN Foundation, Ron developed and led strategies that enabled organizations to navigate dynamic environments in DC and states around the country. His depth in public policy, government affairs, issues management and media strategy has been invaluable to clients as they sought to elevate their voices and shape debates.At Lumen Technologies, Ron is focused on expanding the company\'s engagement with policymakers, industry leaders, and the media as the disrupter builds core infrastructure for the AI era.Earlier in his career, Ron served as spokesman for U.S. Representative Mark Pocan (D-WI), U.S. Representative Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) and Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley. He started his career in communications working at the New America Foundation. Ron lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, with his husband.
