About Ron Bayne
Ron is a leadership consultant, coach, and trainer with over 30 years of experience in law enforcement and public safety. He is the owner of Church for Cops, LLC, a leadership consulting company that helps law enforcement leaders overcome career burnout, improve organizational culture, and enhance community service. He was also a master instructor for 9 years for FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (LEEDA), a premier provider of law enforcement leadership education and training.Ron has created and delivered innovative and impactful leadership programs for thousands of police personnel from hundreds of agencies across North America. He is the founder of the Church for Cops philosophy, which focuses on simple concepts and practices that foster resilience, positivity, and effectiveness in law enforcement leaders. He is also the developer of the AZPOST Basic Leadership Academy, which has become the flagship leadership training for first-line supervisors in Arizona. Ron is passionate about making law enforcement better each day through his coaching and training services.
