Ron Bankston is a Board Certified Attorney and Distinguished Credentialed Mediator with more than 30 years of first chair trial experience and 20 years of experience as a mediator. Ron\'s services include mediation, arbitration, early case evaluation, negotiation consulting, complex case management, special master and ad litem work and, in selected cases, as trial counsel.Ron is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law. He is also a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and a Distinguished Credentialed Mediator by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association. Ron has been peer review rated AV Preeminent 5.0 out of 5 by Martindale Hubbell for more than 30 years, and is rated 10.0 Superb on Avvo.
