As a Principal Field Service Engineer at Waters Corporation, I have over six years of experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting Waters\' product suite, which includes SFC, Autopurification, UPLC, HPLC, LC/MS, and informatics. I work with customers from various industries, such as clinical, research, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, environmental, and food and beverage, to provide them with reliable and efficient service of their analytical instrument systems.I have a strong background in chemistry, with knowledge of laboratory methods, quality control procedures, and statistical analysis. I am also proficient in using, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex laboratory instruments, such as GC, AAS, FTIR, CE, IC, UV-VIS, MS, SFC, and others. I am certified in Six Sigma and have drafted instrument-related SOPs, computer system validation documents, and user requirements specifications. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring optimal performance of Waters\' products.
