In my current role, I am the Head of HR for a leading UK investor/developer/operator within the commercial asset classes. I am responsible for the management, development, compliance, recruitment and success of the Romulus team.Previously I spent 11 years as an experienced commercial real estate recruiter with a proven track record of identifying talent and opportunities for clients and candidates within construction and real estate disciplines across the UK and EuropeI was the UK head of Construction and Development overseeing a team, led training across the business, managed the P&L of my department and developed new business across the company, in my role as Associate Director. My industry disciplines included Development Managers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors, Architects, Design Managers, Site Managers and Document Controllers at all levels, across all asset classes
