Accountant having a Diversified Experience in the filed of Accounting, Finance, Direct & Indirect Tax, Legal compliance and day to day reporting and MIS.Key areas where I perform everyday tasks include-• day-to-day accounting operations such as month end closing, bookkeeping, GST & TDS filing, invoicing, accounts payable/ receivable, verifying and posting of accounting entries, preparing individual and consolidated financial statements.• Liaise with auditors to execute quarterly, interim and yearly audit smoothly. Ensure consolidated and individual financial statements are prepared as per international accounting standards with accuracy. • Report to CFO on all the key business aspects like operational efficiency, financial reporting, funds/treasury management and evaluation of new projects.• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by verifying, consolidating and reconciling subsidiaries inter-company transactions. • Assist the CEO & CFO to identify cost saving opportunities across the group companies and propose action/steps to achieve these cost savings together with monitoring the progress with appropriate reporting and follow up.• Due diligence of target company, preparation, and analysis of financial and non-financial feasibility.• Ensuring accurate processing of accruals and accountability of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in line with Indian Tax law and online submission of GST, TDS returns on Govt website.• Filing Monthly “GST Return”, “TDS Return” “Income Tax Return” within the required deadline.
