I support our global enterprise clients to deliver Protex AI’s cutting-edge computer vision solution, ensuring every deployment is seamless, reliable and delivers measurable results. From the initial hardware installation to calibration and testing, I make sure our technology integrates smoothly into client networks and is ready to perform from day one.In my role, I- Lead end-to-end solution rollouts, setting up our hardware and calibrating to client camera systems across their multi-site, international networks- Troubleshoot challenging networking and video streaming issues, including firewalls, network connectivity and camera feeds, to keep projects on track-Use AWS IoT Core, S3 and secure tunnelling to build secure, scalable integrations for our solutions-Document all tasks thoroughly in Jira and collaborate closely with our support teams to ensure smooth delivery- Produce data-driven retrospective reports, analysing project outcomes and trends, which are shared with senior leadership to shape future strategy- Support sales by participating in technical calls and drafting technical responses, providing clear and confident insight into our product’s architecture and security features.This role has strengthened my passion for solving technical challenges, analysing data to drive decisions, and delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
