This position oversees two properties, Thompson Nashville (TN) and Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville (TN). Assisting the Area Director of Revenue Management to maximize revenues by monitoring transient and group production, ensuring an optimal guest mix is maintained. Production of revenue forecasts that help set hotel goals and outgrow competition. Production of daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports in timely and accurate manners. Monitor and ensure rate and inventory integrity in all distribution channels. Able to identify the root cause of discrepancies, collaborate with distribution team to rectify the issue.
