I continue to expand my 10+ year HR-Benefits tenure as a Benefits Program Manager on Google’s Global Compensation & Benefits team. I hone my knowledge further for our U.S. population, serve as team Lead for ERG Partnerships, and as U.S. Global Spend Admin SME. On any given day you’ll find me in deep thought partnership with global cross-functional peers/leaders, designing and landing world-class benefits plans, navigating legal & compliance complexities, upgrading at scale on the Googler-experience in a pseudo Benefits HRBP fashion (fave), all while continuing to shift, and enjoy it, with an ever changing market & economy. I find my role particularly interesting when querying large data sets. In doing this I hypothesize and dive into HIPAA complaint data and anecdotal feedback to paint the user journey. Empathy and agile teamwork allow myself and team to maintain a leading Benefits reputation, thus driving toward Google’s mission all while attracting and retaining our best talent.Overall, I am someone who enjoys genuine connection, fitness, developing myself and others, learning every day, actioning on feedback and adding value individually & as a team.
