Work together with recruitment partners and hiring managers, take part in requisition intakes, uncover business requirements and advise strategic hiring using market data (LinkedIn Talent Insights/Seekout)• Use LinkedIn Recruiter/Beamery/Workday to source passive and active candidates, build campaign messaging and continuous pipelines while fostering culture of diversity, equity and inclusion • Conduct candidate screening, interview facilitation, remain engaged with candidate pools and generate interest in VMware’s Tanzu Product portfolio (https://tanzu.vmware.com/products)• Recruit for various roles, including but not limited to: Software Development, Open-Source Software/Communities, Kubernetes (K8\'s), SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, Engineering Management, Technical Program Management, Product Management and Product Marketing.• Partner with leadership/operations on Talent Acquisition initiatives and pilot projects to improve efficiencies within the organizationTools: LinkedIn, Seekout, Beamery, Workday, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Calendly, Miro.
