For 13 years I have been working with clients to guide them through difficulties in their personal and professional lives. I work with adults, teens, couples and families to help them with mental health and wellness issues. I use a variety of modalities in my work. As a client-centered counsellor, I want to find the strategies that best suit each client. Much of my work is with stress, anxiety, depression, elder issues and couples.
