I am a licensed mental health counselor with a diverse background spanning music, finance, entrepreneurship, and counseling. A Carnegie Hall violinist and Manhattan School of Music graduate, I later earned an MBA degree and a CFA charter and worked on Wall Street. I now integrate resilience and life experience to help clients find healing, purpose, and joy.My journey began in the former USSR and has spanned music, finance, and entrepreneurship. I was a concert violinist, worked on Wall Street, and owned a yacht brokerage. I hold three college degrees, am multicultural and bilingual. These life experiences ultimately led me to counseling to help reduce suffering while removing barriers to functioning.I help clients navigate anxiety, addiction, and emotional pain through a compassionate, collaborative approach. I guide clients in recognizing unhelpful patterns and managing triggers to build clarity and purpose. I specialize in professionals and young adults facing performance pressure, financial stress, and excessive digital device use.I strive to create an inclusive, safe, non-judgmental space where they feel heard and respected.
