I joined Chanel\'s Artistic Department as 360° Project Manager.I had the opportunity to pilot different phases of projects (Beauty Program, KEM, Services)- from the brief to the delivery of assets to the different touchpoints (.COM, CRM, Social, Media, E-retail) & markets- Management of various project phase (Beauty Program, KEM, Services)- from brief to delivery of assets to various touchpoints (.COM, CRM, Social, Media, E-retail) & markets- Defining and framing the scope of a project according to the brief received- Drawing up schedules and monitoring compliance with deadlines- Conception of orchestrations and ADBOOK- Preparation and follow-up of the production with the creative teams - Coordination with the various in-house teams (Production/ Social/ MI/ Creative studio/ Skincare, make-up and fragrance campaigns)- Follow-up of localisation (legal and translation of editorial content) & delivery of assets - Quality control of product assets and publications on social networks: Instagram and Tiktok- Managing the international deployment of the project
