ABOUT ROMANA ROSCHINSKY
In my current role I coordinate strategic projects in the BOKU University rectorate collaborating especially with the vice rector for teaching, continuing education and students as well as the vice rector for research and innovation. I also support general activities of the recotrate. I have a background in animal science and development research with a focus on animal production and smallholder farming systems in Africa, Asia and the Pacific Region. My research interests include livestock production systems, innovation and gender aspects. I have worked extensively in the development and implementation of international training courses and workshops as well as teaching at tertiary level. In addition I have developed my communication talent by initiating and running diverse social media channels during my time at BOKU and UNE. In my previous role I have been working as community engagement manager responsible for the planning and implementation of networking ant mentoring activities for a community of over alumni.
