ABOUT ROMANA PUGH
Romana is a Prosci-certified accomplished change lead and facilitator, with experience in supporting organisations to successfully deliver change management, diversity and inclusion initiatives and learning interventions. Her specialisms include end-to-end change management, cultural and behavioural change including implementing new ways of working, D&I initiatives including accessibility, training design and delivery, stakeholder engagement at all levels, communications, workshop facilitation and team performance improvement. Romana has management consulting and in-house change management and training experience spanning several industries ranging from Media, Education, Defence, Police, Utilities, Financial Services, Insurance, Health, Industrial products, Recruitment, Financial Regulation and International development. Prior to her time as a Change Lead in Digital Accessibility at the BBC, Romana spent six years as a Change Technical Specialist at the FCA, six years consulting at PwC and has undertaken short term contracts with the United Nations (UNDP, New York), a national charity and a change management consultancy. Romana has an undergraduate degree from Cambridge University and a Masters from the London School of Economics.
