ABOUT ROMAN MARTINEZ

Seasoned professional having over 25 years of experience in the public/private sector arenas, specifically at the executive level Procurement field.Presently, serving as the Procurement and Asset Management Director for City of Doral, FL. Previous to joining the City of Doral, he served as the Purchasing Director at Miami Dade College and as Senior Procurement Specialist for the City of Miami Beach, FL.My past experience also includes graphic design and marketing services which I provided for some of the largest Architectural and Engineering companies in South Florida. My experience in preparing bid solicitations and RFQ and RFP responses for local municipalities, State and Federal agencies allowed me to gain a well rounded knowledge in the areas of bid preparation, contract management and negotiations.I\'m a native Miamian, proud of living in this community for over 40 years.
