About Roman Lovell
Intrigued by the intersection of engineering and the medical field, I focused my studies on biomedical engineering, which allowed me to explore engineering with a focus on medical applications. By the end of college, I realized that I was more passionate about the technical work I was doing with polymers and biomaterials rather than the patient-facing work as an EMT. I went on to join a company developing a cutting edge long-acting oral dosage form! There, I was able to grow into an effective test development engineer successfully combining material science, testing, and constant learning into actionable insights. I\'m currently looking for my next opportunity where I can build on my experiences while continuing leaving a positive impact while working with a motivated team
