Act as the technical point of contact for key customers and project managers during the construction phase (project preparation, execution, and closing until handover to service)• Create technical statements in collaboration with R&D, CIM, Service Engineering, etc.• Conduct regular technical meetings with key customers to ensure progress on critical tasks (e.g, CIM cases, technical issues, new technical solutions, punch list items)• Align closely with project management regions to find technical and commercial solutions for customers• Support project managers in communicating TCC with customers for critical CIM cases• Coordinate the implementation of critical technical upgrade cases during the construction phase• Assist project managers in escalation meetings with interfaces outside the construction department (e.g, Regional VPS, CIM, SDC, and WTG Engineering)• Ensure knowledge sharing across the region and initiate design changes and improvements (CIM, ECM process)
