As I rise to be a senior it is an important time to appropriate my values to be a leader and to take more initiative but more importantly, knowing WHEN to take initiative. I\'ve had 3 years at Arrupe to fortify and solidify my abilities that have grown and matured with me, so that not only I can use them to be the best version of myself but also so I can teach my peers how to be more prudent too, usually in the senses of disregarding and recognizing dead ends and straying acts (paths that are a waste of time that only delay/hinder success). Dead ends like meaningless or useless conversations that you won\'t benefit from, or activities that only hinder/delay from our success. It is easy to do good for yourself and others when you know who you are and who you want to be.
