As an Heavy Machine Operator, I ran equipment to provide the necessary groundworks in our to stabilize foundations of roads, parking lots, building pads as well as unground utilities. Manual labor is also required to reach spots that heavy machinery can not reach in order to follow safety regulationsAs a foreman, the requirement was to proper manage jobsite planning and safety as well as proper planning of what is required to complete the job that is in progress. Training new workers on how machines and work is required to be done in a safely manner to eliminate hazards not only to operators, but to those who are in the work area as well.
