Refined product vision, defined OKRs, and designed the Product/Tech organization to enable digital diversification beyond physical catalogues.* Volvo Group: led a 50-week global upskilling program for 900+ PM/POs, 200 line managers, and 150 senior leaders. Designed customized training modules (strategy, discovery, roadmap, backlog & collaboration) and managed a team of 5 coaches and a Product Ops.* Tchibo: guided the transition to a product-driven objective alignement model.
