Responsible for maintaining employees’ HR master data to ensure accurate data is entered and verified in Oracle/ADP/E1/ Service now and various collaboration platform or any other employee information or finance systems following defined Service Level Agreements and as per the quality standards and internal process workflows•Process key transactional changes within the systems – New hire, termination, transfers, promotion, Business Unit changes, Line management changes and change from comparison reports•Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all data entry and ensure Service Level Agreements are met as an individual and as a team•Learn new Employee Data Management Tools / Systems for all the regions and develop cross processes expertise•Complete additional HR projects or duties, as assigned
