With a background in professional sport and performance psychology, I’ve transitioned my passion to empower organisations and individuals to reach their full potential.My multifaceted experience extends to 1:1 coaching, facilitating dynamic team coaching sessions, orchestrating impactful workshops, and driving agile project management initiatives.
