Seasoned nursing leader with 22+ years of nursing experience - 18+ of those years in leadership roles in both California and Texas. Experienced in managing multi-million dollar budgetary responsibility, operational responsibility, multi-departmental oversight, and service line development. Areas of specialty include cardiovascular service line management, surgical services, strategic planning, critical care, and quality/performance improvement.
