Simultaneously, they attend theory classes, and are guided by a teacher-educator who helps them make tangible connections between theory & practice. In addition, IAAT also conducts certificate programs in instructional leadership & design for the professional development of in-service teachers. We also conduct shorter-duration topic, grade, pedagogy, and subject specific courses such as classroom management, the teaching of language, early & primary year’s education and many more. These courses and programs are offered in multiple formats, both online and in a blended format.
