I am thrilled to announce that I have recently been selected to take on a new and exciting role, as the Foster Carer Recruitment and Retention Manager at Trafford Local Authority, Manchester. This role is a crucial one, and I am delighted to be given the opportunity to contribute to the community in this way. Over the last 25 years, I have gained extensive experience in delivering new carers and have a deep understanding of the challenges involved in the process. I am excited to bring this experience to the Trafford Local Authority, and I am confident that I will be able to make a significant contribution in recruiting the next cohort of foster carers.
