As EVP Operations - COO (reporting to the Group CEO and member of the global Executive Leadership Team) I am accountable for all global Operations Cost Centers:• Designed and lead the global operations strategy program focused on Supply Chain Efficiency, Cash Optimization, Customer Experience, and People Development.• Defined and shaped the global operations footprint in Europe and the US achieving best in class delivery conditions for various customer segments. Took a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution, with direct accountability for the Order-to-Cash process in Europe• Assumed additional responsibility for Global Strategic Procurement for the European market 2024 (direct and indirect) launched a transformation program and overachieved the year-one cash flow target by 3x.• Appointed to lead the European Aftersales organization in 2024 following the successful delivery of a customer experience improvement program in Germany (increasing Customer Net Promoter Score from 29 to 54 within six months). Focus areas include process standardization, implementation of performance management, and deployment of AI-powered solutions resulting in reduced cross-functional inefficiencies and enhanced productivity.
