As a Manager On Duty (MOD) I oversee network incidents and ensure the appropriate fix agents are engaged and aggressively work towards resolution. I engage our Tier 2 and NTAC teams to quickly identify the full customer impact of the outage as well as work across platforms to correlate multiple impacts to a common failure. Additionally, I focus to ensure communication is provided to our executive team on the current status of the impact and our fix actions.
