Support current and upcoming projects and initiatives being led or supported by SOC through data interpretation, visualization, and presentation.• Analyze historical operational and passenger protection data to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.• Support the Integrated Planning team with ad hoc data requirements as well as PowerPoint presentations to display data analysis outputs.• Point person in SOC between Flight DX, Commercial, SOC, and others to plan for airport construction projects with potential operational impact.• Analyze seasonal schedule and act as the SOC Liaison in the 90 day-freeze process.• Leverage IT systems and automation to support upcoming seasonal flight schedule delivery.• Oversee the collection and consolidation of issues identified by front-line SOC managers as feedback for Scheduling.• Provide process improvement recommendations to Senior Management to support branch KPI’s and priorities.• Participate in, and represent SOC during ongoing and ad hoc working groups, as well as employee engagement initiatives.• Collaborate with Operational Insights and Commercial teams to project future SOC business requirements based on upcoming flight schedules and operational and targets.• Track and report on project milestones and deliverables for initiatives involving SOC.• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for SOC operations.• Facilitate knowledge sharing across SOC and other departments by documenting best practices and creating reference materials.
