I work with Defence organisations to accelerate the delivery of complex programmes and capability.The sector is at a pivotal moment. Growing geopolitical pressure, rapid technological change and increasing demand for sovereign capability are reshaping how defence programmes must be designed, delivered and sustained. Meeting this challenge requires new ways of working across government, industry and technology partners.My focus is on helping organisations deliver complex programmes at pace; combining digitally enabled transformation, operating model change and delivery innovation to improve outcomes across major capability programmes.Over recent years, I have worked almost exclusively in the Defence sector, partnering with senior leaders across industry and government to deliver meaningful results in some of the most complex environments.I’m passionate about the role Defence plays in national security, economic growth and technological innovation, and about helping organisations translate strategic ambition into tangible capability.I care deeply about building strong teams and developing the next generation of leaders in the sector.
