My true passion lies in developing individual talents, my fascination lies in understanding and moving organizations. Throughout my 30-year career, I’ve been driven by a simple but powerful conviction: real transformation starts with people and runs deep into the organization. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Moving Minds, I’ve dedicated myself to guiding leaders and teams through the complexities of change and transformation, helping them not just to adapt but to grow.With a foundation in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Technical University of Berlin, I began my career with a focus on systems and structures. But it wasn’t long before I realized that the most profound changes happen when you move minds, not just metrics. This realization led me to dive deep into the fields of leadership development and creating organizational dynamics. Now, I have become a certified coach and trusted advisor to CEOs and senior executives and feel comfortable at all levels of an organization.I’ve had the privilege of working across almost all industries, where I’ve designed and led leadership programs that do more than just address immediate challenges. They empower teams to build resilience, cultivate innovation, and deepen their understanding of change. After all these years, I am experiencing the greatest joy in designing and implementing KPI-driven transformations.Deep transformation is the balance between craftsmanship and art.
