Lead the Health and Worksite Product team responsible for design, pricing and inforce profitability management of MassMutual’s long term care, individual disability income insurance and worksite insurance products (whole life, universal life, critical illness, accident, and disability income).MassMutual’s Health and Worksite portfolio includes over customers, and is a key component of our focus on bringing holistic financial planning to individuals through traditional advisory relationships, through the workplace, and directly to the consumer. Activities include driving strategic direction for the product portfolio, setting pricing for new and existing business, and managing the inforce block. Collaboration includes a wide variety of functions, including operations, underwriting, corporate actuarial, finance, operations, marketing and IT.
